Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and payment:

    - To reserve a room, a deposit or full payment must be made, depending on the time of booking, we require a 25% deposit. For last minute arrivals and NON-Cancellable we require a full deposit.

  - Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or iDeal.


2. Cancellation:

    - In case of cancellation of the reservation, a cancellation fee may apply, depending on the time of cancellation.

    - If canceled within a week prior to the check-in date, the deposit is non-refundable.


3. Check-in and Check-out:

    - Check-in time is from 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM in the morning.

    - Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance with Frank or Edith from The Butchersfarm.


4. Number of Guests:

    - The number of guests allowed to stay in the booked room must match the number specified during the reservation.

    - Additional guests may be allowed at an additional cost but must be pre-arranged with The Butchersfarm.


5. House Rules:

    - Guests must abide by The Butchersfarm House Rules, which are usually provided at check-in.

    - It is customary to be considerate of other guests and to keep the peace in the accommodation.


6. Responsibility:

    - The Butchersfarm is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury to property of guests during their stay.

    - Guests are advised to keep valuables safe and take precautions during their stay.
